Description

Mid-Century Doxa Two-Register Chronograph in a 38mm case, powered by the hand-wound Valjoux 22 chronograph, with Doxa-signed Bridge.  This Doxa has been tested in excellent working order and is ready to be added to a collection or for daily-wear.
Caseback Serial Number: 4815XXX
The original dial features outer “base” ring in blue, with a red telemetre inner scale. The bronze/rose gold numerals perfectly match the original hands.
The case is excellent condition with the original brushed sides and polished uppers. The case shows light marks on the caseback from normal use, but no significant scratches, dents, or dings. The original crown and pushers are clean without the finish-fade common to mid-century watches.
This Doxa is paired with a vintage French-market-only “Special Diver” (Special Plongee) two-piece strap, with a stainless steel buckle.
