Vintage 1984 Rolex Submariner Date 16800 in a 40mm stainless steel case, featuring the Rolex calibre 3035 automatic movement. This Rolex features a ghosted dial, with a beautiful patina, as well as a faded blue-black-grey original bezel insert. This Submariner includes: new WristWraith travel case; Rolex Oyster Bracelet; new WristWraith Limited Edition brown leather NATO Strap; Horlogear black HorloFLEX strap, and TLC warranty/authenticity card.

This Submariner has been tested in excellent working order, keeps time, and is ready for wear.
The sapphire crystal is clear, with no scratches or edge-chips. The original dial has a beautiful patina, with color changes across the black dial from deep blue, grey, and tropical brown. The original hands have a patina that matches the dial. The original bezel insert has started to fade, showing and excellent grey-blue faded pattern.
Overall the case is in fair condition, with signs of wear and use for the 41 years of life. The lug holes are nice and round and have not been polished to an oval shape.
The original Rolex Oyster Steelinox bracelet 93150 with 593 end-caps is in fair condition, with signs of wear. The bracelet has not been polished or restored. The bracelet has one (1) removable link installed and will fit a 7.5 inch wrist.
