1974 c. Omega Speedmaster Mk. 4.5 Ref. 176.0016 in a 40mm stainless steel case, featuring the Omega 1045 (Lemania 5100) automatic movement. This Omega includes a dial-matching Cordura two-piece strap and the original Omega 1162 stainless steel bracelet with 172 end-links.
The crystal is clear with no scratches or edge chips. The original dial is bright with no stains and light, uniform speckling as seen in the photos. The case retains the original finishes and has not been polished. The case shows wear consistent with age and careful use. The chronograph functions as designed and resets to “0.”
The caseback features two distinct service marks.
