Refund and Returns Policy
At The Laughter Collection, we aspire to ensure your utmost satisfaction with every purchase, but we recognize that sometimes a return may be necessary. To facilitate a smooth and clear process, we kindly ask you to thoroughly review our return policy outlined below, including all terms, conditions, and applicable fees.
Return Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Return Window: Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
2. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage or signs of wear.
3. Security Tag: The security tag must be attached and intact. Items with removed or tampered security tags will not be eligible for return.
Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted. For further assistance, please contact us before initiating a return.
1-Year Mechanical Guarantee
We are pleased to offer a 1-year mechanical guarantee on our products. This guarantee covers any mechanical defects or malfunctions that may arise under normal use within the first 12 months from the date of purchase. We will repair these mechanical malfunctions for you.
Conditions:
- The guarantee applies only to mechanical components and excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper maintenance, or unauthorized repairs and modifications.
- Proof of purchase directly from The Laughter Collection is required to validate the guarantee.
- The guarantee covers repair or replacement of the defective mechanical parts at our discretion.

Return Process:

- All returns must be initiated promptly and The Laughter Collection must receive the returned merchandise at our office within 15-days from the date you received the item.

- Items must be returned in unworn, unaltered condition with all original packaging and paperwork.

- Please note that we do reserve the right to ask for additional photos of a watch prior to it being shipped back, and we do reserve the right to reject a return prior to shipping back if we see fit.
Fees:

- Domestic Returns: All domestic orders over $300 will incur a flat rate Shipping Fee of $50 to be deducted from the refund amount.

- Domestic Returns: All domestic orders under $300 will incur a flat rate Shipping Fee of $25 to be deducted from the refund amount.

- International Returns: A flat rate Shipping Fee of $250 will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking Fee

- If any accessories, such as – but not limited to – a strap, box, or papers, are missing from your return, a replacement fee will be charged based on either the replacement cost or value of the missing item. We will reach out to you if we detect any accessories are missing before you are charged.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Items that indicate ‘final sale’ on the product or sale page are not eligible for cancellation or return.

- Any damage to the watch could make the item ineligible for return.

- Worn or altered watches are not eligible to be returned; the return process will be rejected and the watch will be returned back to you.
International Customers:

- Rejected deliveries will incur customs fees charged as a restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

- Previously incurred customs fees and/or taxes are non-refundable but can be petitioned through customs.
