Beautiful 1979 Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date Ref. 1500 in a 34mm stainless steel case, featuring the Rolex Cal. 1570 automatic movement. This Rolex is in wonderful working condition and is ready for wear or to add to a collection. Previous service documentation and a AM Rolex service pouch is included with this piece.
Serial Number: 6002XXX
The crystal is clear and free of scratches or edge-chips. The white roman numeral dial is beautiful and bright, with a faint patina around the edges and a few grey marks under magnification (see photos). The date wheel has crisp numerals with a uniform patina and light discoloration.
The case shows wear consistent with age, with a few marks on the lug-tips and faint spider lines. Overall the case and bezel is in good condition.
Includes the Rolex Steelinox bracelet. The bracelet currently has three (3) removals links installed and will fit an 8 – 8.5 inch wrist.
