Vintage 1967 Rolex Oyster Perpetual 1024 in a 34mm gold-capped case, featuring the 26-jewel Rolex 1570 automatic movement. Originally purchased in Zurich, August, 1968. Includes the original “Your Rolex Oyster” booklet with original dated guarantee. Also includes white, Rolex cloth and green service pouch.
The crystal is clear and free of scratches or edge chips. The original sunburst champagne/silver dial is clean with no speckling or stains. The hands, indices, and hardware are bright and clean. Hands have been professionaly re-lumed in the past. The gold-capped case retains a bright luster, with no visible fading of the plating. The Rolex crown screws down and locks down into place as designed. The caseback features one distinct service mark.
Includes a new, Alligator, black two-piece strap with double fold gold-tone buckle.
